The one rule of House De La'Mor is to love, and to love truly. It matters not if one loves only once in their life or if they love frequently so long as they love true.
To this end, the House focuses mainly on love. The most well seen members of the house focus on physical love-- ranging everywhere from a simple tea service to massage to the sexual acts.
Though most choose to go with a physical display, there are some that choose some of the other ways, some going on to become philosophers, while others choose yet to become the monks at the Lover's temples, helping other people in love (though usually this is one path taken after one's lover has died).
Of the ones that prefer a physical devotion to love, it should be noted that some are known as "white contracts" -- these members of house De La'Mor have not yet had their sexual debut and remain white contracts until it is sold. Debuted members have no particular name for their contracts.
As for their history, the house that would become De La'Mor began to emerge before the rest of the great houses. They were a loosely connected set of smaller houses, all dedicated to the art of love. It was only after the formation of the regency and the establishment of the Great Houses that they became one House and removed themselves as prostitutes, only to come back as Courtesans, servants of pleasure that were both knowledgeable and practical with their arts.
Things tend to be very political in House De La'Mor, for while they love others, they are not always known to love one another and with the secrets traded across pillows and in beds -- they tend to use these to grow in their own power.

Gossip
- No one outside of House De La'Mor knows for certain which of the lovers is who -- or what gender they are. Though it is widely believed that Del is the female and Amor the male.
- Many would suspect House De La'Mor of harboring traitors, if they weren't so well known for their desires. One has little time to betray anything if they are too busy bed hopping.
- The Matriarch wishes she were in the Queen's bed, instead of Nissa Felis.
